Help your customers with urgent passport enquiries
Refer customers to Next Day Passport for personal assistance with eligible urgent passport applications. We handle the service directly, and your agency earns £50 for each qualifying completed application.

How it works
A customer discovers their passport will not allow them to travel. You refer them to us, we assist them directly, and your agency is paid for the introduction.
Refer the customer
On approval we issue a referral link containing your agency’s code. Share it by email or message, or ask the customer to mention your agency when they contact us, and our staff will record the introduction.
We assist them directly
We confirm their eligibility, book the appointment, prepare the application and attend HM Passport Office on their behalf. Your agency handles no documents and has no part in the application itself.
You are paid monthly
Once the application is completed and paid for, £50 is credited to your account. We pay monthly by bank transfer with an itemised statement, each line carrying a reference you can query.
What we can and cannot undertake
So that your agency can advise customers accurately, these are the commitments we make and the limits we work within.
What you can tell your customer
- They pay our standard published prices. There is no referral mark-up and no agent discount, so a referred customer is never charged more.
- We attend the HM Passport Office appointment on their behalf, so they need not travel to a passport office or take time off work.
- We assess each enquiry individually and will advise them if the standard HM Passport Office route is more appropriate than an urgent service.
- They deal with a named person throughout, by phone and email, rather than a call centre.
What we cannot undertake
- We book through the same public appointment system available to any applicant. We hold no preferential access, no reserved appointments and no influence over HM Passport Office decisions.
- Appointment availability is outside our control and varies from day to day. Where no suitable appointment is available in time, we will tell the customer before they commit.
- Government eligibility requirements apply in full, and we are not able to vary them.
Our services and prices
Each price has two separate parts: HM Passport Office’s own government fee, which the customer pays for their passport, and our concierge fee for managing the application and attending the appointment. Both are shown so your agency can quote accurately.
| Service | Who it is for | Government fee | Our concierge fee | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2-Day Premium | Adult passport renewals only. Not available for a first adult passport, for children, or for applications made from outside the UK. | £239.50 | £199 | £438.50 |
| 7-Day Fast Track Adult |
Renewals, changes of name or personal details, and lost, stolen or damaged passports. | £192 | £199 | £391 |
| 7-Day Fast Track Child |
Passports for children under 16, including first child passports. Parental consent is required. | £156.50 | £199 | £355.50 |
Government fees are HM Passport Office’s own and are correct as at 10 October 2026. They are set by the government and may change.
Appointment timing
The service names describe HM Passport Office’s processing time after the appointment has taken place — they are not a commitment measured from the date of enquiry. How soon we can attend depends on appointment availability at the time, which is outside our control.
We confirm what is realistically achievable before a customer commits to anything.
How the passport is returned
On 7-Day Fast Track, our work finishes once we have attended the appointment and HM Passport Office has accepted the application. HM Passport Office then issues the passport and sends it directly to the customer, which is a government process and outside our control.
On 2-Day Premium, we collect the passport and return it to the customer by tracked delivery, or by hand where that is arranged.
Questions agencies ask
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no subscription, no minimum number of referrals and no targets.
Is the arrangement exclusive?
No, in either direction. You may work with other providers, and we work with other partners alongside our own marketing.
When exactly does a commission become payable?
When two things are both true: the customer has paid, and we have completed our service and closed the application. On 7-Day Fast Track our service is complete once we have attended the appointment and HM Passport Office has accepted the application — HM Passport Office then issues and posts the passport itself, so commission becomes payable at that point rather than when the passport arrives. On 2-Day Premium our service is complete once we have collected the passport and returned it to the customer. Your statement is produced from that same recorded event.
What happens if a customer is refunded?
A partial refund does not reduce or cancel your commission, provided our service was completed — a goodwill gesture or a refund of postage does not affect what you are owed. Where the customer’s payment for the application is refunded in full, or payment is reversed or charged back, no commission is due. If we have already paid you, the amount is reversed against your next statement.
How reliable is the referral tracking?
Your code is carried in your link, added to the links a customer follows on our website, and written into our enquiry and application forms. The introduction is recorded on our server when the customer submits a form, which happens before payment — so it does not depend on the checkout journey.
We do not place cookies or other tracking on a customer’s device. That means if a customer leaves our website and returns later by another route — a search engine, a bookmark, or a different device — the code is not carried and we will have no record of your introduction. For telephone bookings, and in any case where the code has not been carried, our staff record the introduction manually against your code. If you believe one has been missed, tell us the date and we will check our records.
How do we reconcile our earnings?
Every recorded introduction is given a reference. Your monthly statement lists each line with its reference, the date the introduction was recorded, the date the application completed and the amount, with any reversals shown separately. If a line looks wrong, quote its reference and we will go through it with you.
Please raise an invoice to match your statement, showing VAT separately if you are VAT registered — the £50 is inclusive of any VAT, so £50 is the total we pay. We do not operate self-billing and do not issue invoices on your behalf. Payment is not held up by a missing invoice: the agreement, the statement and our bank record together stand as the record.
Who is the commission paid to?
The agency or partner business, not individual members of staff. Payment is by bank transfer against a statement. We arrange payout details with you after approval, by a secure method — never by email.
What if two agencies claim the same customer?
The first valid referral recorded against the enquiry is the one that applies. Where there is a genuine question we will investigate and give you our conclusion with reasons.
Do we see our customers’ application details?
No. We will tell you how many introductions have been recorded to your code, the reference for each, and what you have earned. We do not disclose customers’ identities, contact details, documents or application contents. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle customer information and the circumstances in which we share it.
Do we handle any paperwork?
None. Please do not collect documents, photographs or identity details on our behalf. Refer the customer and we deal with them directly.
Can we use your name in our own advertising?
Please speak to us first, and do not bid on our brand terms in paid search without our written permission.

Every application is read by a person. We will come back to you within two working days with your referral code, or with our reasons if the programme is not a fit.
