What's the difference between your 7-Day and 2-Day service?

The 7-Day Fast Track is a postal service — we handle your entire application and HMPO posts your new passport directly to you within 7 working days. The 2-Day Premium service is our fastest option — a representative physically attends HM Passport Office on your behalf, waits the 4 hours on-site, collects your passport, and posts or hand-delivers it to you within 2 days.

We'll give you our full postal address once you've booked. We also offer an optional hand collection service from your address — contact us for a quote based on your location.

How soon will I receive my new passport?

With our 2-Day Premium service, your passport is typically collected and dispatched within 2 working days of your appointment — subject to appointment availability. With our 7-Day Fast Track service, HMPO posts your passport directly to you, typically within 7 working days of submission.

How will I know what's happening with my application?

We keep you updated at every stage — when we receive your documents, when your appointment is booked, when we're at the passport office, and when your passport has been collected and dispatched. You're never left in the dark.

Can I get my passport hand-delivered?

What documents do I need to send?

The documents required depend on your application type. For a standard adult renewal you'll typically need your current passport, a completed application form, and a passport photo. We'll give you a precise checklist once you've completed our form — we don't want you sending anything unnecessary.

Can I take my own passport photo on my phone?

Yes — HMPO accepts digital photos that meet their specification. We'll guide you through exactly what's required and check your photo before submission. If it doesn't meet the standard, we'll tell you before anything is submitted so there are no delays.

What happens if there's a problem with my documents?

We check everything before submission. If we spot an issue — incorrect photo, missing document, incomplete form — we contact you immediately and tell you exactly what's needed. Nothing goes to HMPO until everything is perfect.

Are my original documents safe with you?

Yes — we handle all original documents with the greatest care. We strongly recommend sending documents using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your documents are in safe hands at all times and we'll return everything to you alongside your new passport.

Can you renew a child's passport?

Yes — our 7-Day Fast Track service is available for children's passport renewals. Our 2-Day Premium service is currently for adult renewals only. For child renewals, parental consent documentation is required — we'll guide you through exactly what's needed.

Can you help with a lost or stolen passport?

Yes — we can assist with lost or stolen passport applications via the 7-Day Fast Track service. You'll need to report the loss or theft to HMPO first, and additional documentation will be required. Contact us and we'll advise you on the exact process.

Can you help if my passport has been damaged?

Yes — if your passport has been damaged and is no longer valid for travel, we can process a replacement through the Fast Track service. Contact us to confirm your situation and we'll advise on the best approach.

Can you help with a name change after marriage?

Yes — we handle passport renewals following name changes due to marriage or deed poll. You'll need to provide your marriage certificate or deed poll document alongside your standard application documents. We'll advise you on everything required.

Do I need to live in the UK to use your service?

Yes — our services are designed for UK residents renewing a UK passport. If you are currently outside the UK, contact us on 0330 229 6254 and we'll advise on the best approach for your situation.

How much does it cost?

Our 7-Day Fast Track service costs £149 plus the HM Passport Office fee of £178 for adults or £145 for children — a total of £327 or £294 all-in. Our 2-Day Premium service costs £199 plus the HMPO fee of £222 — a total of £421 all-in. All prices are fully inclusive with no hidden charges.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — Klarna Pay in 3 is available on all our services. This splits your total into 3 equal interest-free payments. For the 7-Day Adult service that's £116.00 × 3, for the 7-Day Child service £98.00 × 3, and for the 2-Day Premium service £140.33 × 3.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken at the time of booking through our secure online checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Klarna.

Is the HMPO fee included in your price?

Yes — the total prices shown on our website are fully all-in, including the HM Passport Office fee. There are no hidden extras or surprise charges.
