📞 Step 2: Call the Passport Adviceline

Dial 0300 222 0000. Explain your situation clearly and request escalation if you’re travelling soon. Be polite but firm.

If you’ve got (flights, hotel bookings, employer letters), have them ready.

📝 Step 3: Try to Upgrade to a Fast Track or Premium Service

If your passport hasn’t been printed yet, you may be able to withdraw your application and switch to a faster service.
