1. Service Description
1.1. NextDay Passport is a private concierge service that assists customers with booking urgent passport appointments, preparing applications, attending appointments on their behalf, and (where applicable) collecting or receiving the passport.
1.2. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HM Passport Office (HMPO), the UK Government, or any official authority. All passport decisions, processing times, and outcomes are solely determined by HM Passport Office.
1.3. Our service includes:
• Completing the online application using information provided by you
• Booking the earliest available urgent appointment
• Attending the appointment on your behalf
• Submitting your documents to HMPO
• Waiting the 4-hour turnaround (2-Day Premium only)
• Optional hand-delivery of the passport for an additional fee

2. HM Passport Office Fees
2.1. HMPO fees are set by the UK Government and are separate from our concierge fee. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid before we submit your application or attend your appointment.
2.2. By submitting this form, you authorise us to:
• Book an appointment on your behalf
• Pay HMPO fees on your behalf where required
• Submit documents and information to HMPO on your behalf

3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Any incorrect details may result in delays, rejection, or refusal by HMPO.
3.2. You are responsible for providing:
• Your old passport (renewals only)
• Required ID documents
• A signed letter of consent authorising us to attend on your behalf
• Any supporting documents HMPO may request
• Full photocopies of foreign or secondary passports (if applicable)
3.3. You agree to send all required documents promptly. Delays in providing documents may affect your appointment or eligibility.

4. Eligibility Requirements
4.1. You confirm that you meet the HMPO rules for the service selected.
Examples:
• First adult passports cannot use the 2-Day Premium service
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired-over-10-years passports must use the 7-Day Fast Track service
• Child applications require parental authority and supporting paperwork
4.2. You understand that HMPO may request additional checks or evidence at their discretion.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome
5.1. HM Passport Office has full authority over all passport decisions. We cannot guarantee:
• That HMPO will approve your application
• That HMPO will issue your passport within a specific timeframe
• That HMPO will not request additional verification, ID checks, or evidence
5.2. Our role is strictly administrative and representational. We act on your instructions and provide no legal or immigration advice.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. Our concierge service fee is non-refundable, including but not limited to situations where:
• You provide incorrect information
• Required documents are not supplied
• You fail to provide a signed consent letter
• HMPO refuses or cancels your application
• You miss an appointment or become ineligible
• You change your mind after we begin work
• HMPO delays or technical issues occur outside our control
6.2. HMPO fees are set by the UK Government and follow HMPO’s refund policy only (not ours).

7. Appointment Attendance & Consent
7.1. You authorise NextDay Passport to attend the appointment on your behalf using the signed consent letter you provide.
7.2. You confirm that the letter of consent will be:
• Signed by you
• Free of alterations
• Matched with the ID and passport information you supplied
7.3. Failure to provide a valid consent letter may result in appointment cancellation with no refund.

8. Document Handling & Delivery
8.1. Your passport may be:
• Hand-delivered by our team (additional mileage charge applies), or
• Delivered directly by HM Passport Office via Royal Mail (Fast Track service only)
8.2. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by Royal Mail or HM Passport Office couriers.
8.3. We will take reasonable care of your documents but accept no liability for: • Postal delays
• Courier issues
• HMPO misprints or errors
• HMPO requesting new photos or documents

9. Liability Limitation
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, NextDay Passport will not be liable for:
• Any losses caused by HMPO decisions or delays
• Travel cancellations due to passport issues
• Incorrect information provided by you
• Missed flights, holidays, or financial losses
• HMPO refusing to issue a passport 9.2. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the concierge fee paid.

10. Communication & Updates
10.1. You agree to communicate promptly via WhatsApp or email for:
• Document requests
• Appointment updates
• Questions regarding your file
10.2. Delays in your responses may affect processing times or your appointment.

11. Privacy & Data Use
11.1. Your information is used solely to complete and submit your passport application.
11.2. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except HM Passport Office as required.
11.3. All data is stored securely and handled according to UK GDPR rules.
